The Cyber Helpline is the only charity of its kind giving anyone affected by cybercrime, digital fraud and online harm free, confidential access to trained cybersecurity experts, 7 days a week — supporting victims in the UK and the USA.

We envision a world where everyone has free access to that expertise when they're in need, but demand is growing faster than our resources. Getting there takes partners who believe in the same future: one where cybercriminals don't win, and no victim is ever left to face cybercrime alone. That's the partnership we're building with our sponsors.

“The Cyber Helpline is considered as one of the most effective ways to strengthen society’s digital resilience.  By providing free, expert support to individuals, families and sole traders when they fall victim to cybercrime, digital fraud and online abuse, the charity not only helps those in crisis but also complements public services that are already under immense pressure.  Its model harnesses cybersecurity professionals and volunteers to help people understand, contain and recover from attacks, turning moments of vulnerability into education and long‑term empowerment."
