Our impact & achievements

Since we took our first case in May 2018, and then formally launched with the release of our chatbot in November 2018, we have achieved a lot. Over 600,000 individuals have accessed our support.

We launched the world’s first chatbot that can diagnose cyber security attacks based on plain English descriptions of symptoms described by the victim. Our chatbot has processed over 30,000 cases (as well as hundreds of test cases) and is running with an 76% diagnosis accuracy. This means that victims can get immediate support 24/7, are likely to get access to the right help and remain anonymous.

We have recruited a large team of expert volunteers to support our service and built an online course and testing system to prepare them for providing frontline services. 91% of our services users scored satisfaction with the service either 9 or 10 out of 10.
