Our First Response package is designed for those who outside the UK who have experienced a cyber security issue and need help to understand what has happened and what they should do next.
Including in this package:
Diagnosis of your issue(s) - we will work to understand what has happened to you and provide you with a diagnosis of what types of cyber attacks you are experiencing.
A first response plan - after diagnosis we will provide immediate advice to help you contain the issue and take the key steps to preserve evidence and recover.
Plain English, Expert support - Up to two hours telephone and email support from one of our experts to help you understand the issue and work through the recovery steps. We promise to speak to you in plain English, not technical jargon.
Assisted self-help - we empower you to resolve this issue with our help. While we don’t remotely connect to your online account or devices, we do provide you with step-by-step help and support so you can learn how to recover and stay secure.
Please note that our services are only provided in English and that we are not experts in laws, law enforcement, victim support or online account/technology providers outside of the UK. We will use our cyber security knowledge to guide you through your issue, but you may still need local support or knowledge to fix your issue.
