For Frontline Professionals

Professionals across sectors are increasingly encountering victims of cybercrime, from online abuse, stalking and fraud to sextortion, image-based abuse and coercive control via technology.

This training is designed for individuals in charities, local authorities, policing, healthcare, education, housing, and safeguarding who need to understand better the digital risks facing the people they support, and how to respond in a safe, trauma-informed, and effective manner.

Training can be delivered as a broad overview of online harms or customised by theme or sector (e.g. stalking & harassment, financial fraud, youth safeguarding, domestic abuse).

All sessions are delivered by cybercrime and online harm experts, drawing on our work supporting tens of thousands of victims and survivors.

🚀

Tier 1

Understand the risks and improve the first response. A robust foundation for any organisation whose staff may encounter online harm in their work. Ideal as a team-wide awareness session.

Best for: Whole team awareness (e.g. case workers, contact centre staff, volunteers)

📚

Tier 2

Provide staff with the tools to act safely and supportively, with a deeper focus on practical support, safeguarding, and applying knowledge to real-life situations.

Best for: Safeguarding teams, case workers, helpline staff.

🏢

Tier 3

Embed best practice into your policies and frontline work. Integrate digital safety and cybercrime awareness into ongoing safeguarding and service delivery.

Best for: Organisations embedding online harm into safeguarding or operational frameworks

Optional Add-Ons

Cyberstalking and Technology Facilitated Abuse Training

Technology is now estimated to be involved in 100% of stalking cases and used across domestic abuse, harassment, financial abuse and coercive control. However, 71% of the people we have trained who are already working with victims of stalking have have told us that they don’t feel confident handling the risks of technology in these cases prior to training.

This specialist training equips professionals to understand the tactics, spot the signs, respond safely, and support victims and survivors — using real case studies and insights from our work supporting thousands of people affected by these crimes.
